We are seeking a skilled Mystery Shopper to join our team at Ipsos Limited Partnership. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for conducting secret shopping assignments to evaluate customer service and overall experience at various businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct secret shopping assignments at assigned locations to gather data on customer service and experience.
- Evaluate and report on the quality of service, product offerings, and overall experience at each location.
- Provide detailed and accurate reports on your findings, including observations, recommendations, and any issues encountered.
- Meet productivity and quality standards for all assignments.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Full-time enrollment.
- Own tools/equipment, including a cellular phone and internet access.
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience.
- On the road job, occasional employment, 10 to 15 hours per week, English language.
