We are seeking a part-time Mystery Shopper to join our team at Ipsos Limited Partnership. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for visiting various business locations and providing feedback on your experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Visit business locations and observe customer service interactions
- Complete surveys and provide feedback on your experiences
- Meet with clients to discuss your findings and provide recommendations
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience
- Full time enrollment
- Cellular phone and internet access
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
This is a casual opportunity, with a variable schedule and approximately 10 to 15 hours of work per week. You will be required to work on the road and may be required to travel to various locations.
