The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized New Business Coordinator to join our team at Shikatani Lacroix Design Inc. in a full-time hybrid role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and assisting in inbound new business opportunities, utilizing administrative skills to track and follow opportunities throughout the buying cycle.

The coordinator will also conduct outreach initiatives on pre-qualified prospects, help implement email drip campaigns, collaborate with the business and communication teams, and create relevant new business document materials.

The Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience in developing new business documents, such as presentation decks and RFP responses;
  • A working knowledge of CRM and direct mail programs;
  • Experience in the design or creative industry is an asset;
  • A Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the growth of our business.
