Key Responsibilities

The Business Development Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the firm's strategic growth initiatives, including:

  • Providing support for business development initiatives
  • Leading all Canadian directory and award submissions
  • Coordinating regional client and firm events and webinars
  • Preparing financial reports and conducting research
  • Tracking and analyzing client development activities
  • Drafting and editing proposals
  • Managing the firm's digital channels
  • Coordinating sponsorship commitments
  • Supporting lawyers in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, commerce, or business administration
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a law firm environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and writing skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
