Director of Project Management

We are seeking a seasoned real estate professional to lead our community real estate and asset management efforts. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping the strategic direction of our organization and identifying new project developments and partnership opportunities that drive positive impact for individuals and families.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in community project development, preferably with a focus on market and non-market housing. In addition to operational experience and real estate expertise, you will be a strategic leader with sound financial acumen and the ability to coach, guide, and mentor a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of our community real estate and asset management strategies

- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our team
- Develop and manage budgets and financial plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in community project development or a related field
- Strong background in real estate and asset management
- Proven track record of leadership and strategic planning
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
