Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough and batters for various sweet goods, including cakes, pies, and pastries.
- Bake and decorate cakes, cupcakes, and other sweet treats.
- Ensure that all products meet our quality standards.
- Prepare special orders and custom designs.
- Work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy loads.
