Cake Artist

We are seeking a skilled Cake Artist to join our team at Rashmi's Bakery. As a Cake Artist, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning cakes and baked goods that exceed our customers' expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Preparation and Baking: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Baking and Decorating: Bake mixed dough and batters, and frost and decorate cakes and baked goods to perfection.
- Special Orders: Prepare special orders for customers, ensuring that their cakes and baked goods meet their specific requirements.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards, and prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or related field.
- Physical Demands: Ability to distinguish between colors, attention to detail, fast-paced environment, hand-eye coordination, handling heavy loads, manual dexterity, physically demanding, repetitive tasks, standing for extended periods, tight deadlines, and working under pressure.
- Personal Suitability: Reliability, ability to work in a team, and a strong work ethic.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced bakery environment, with a focus on producing high-quality products. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will be committed to providing excellent customer service.
