Liquor Store Manager

Olympia Liquor Holdings Ltd. is seeking a skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Liquor Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, hiring and training staff, and authorizing payments and returns. The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, as well as resolving customer requests and supply shortages.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff
- Assign sales workers to duties
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Authorize return of merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Sell merchandise
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Permanent employment
- 30 hours per week
- English language
The Liquor Store Supervisor will work in a rural area retail business environment.
