About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Olympia Liquor Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our liquor store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train a team of sales staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to ensure optimal product availability and minimize waste.
  • Authorize payments and returns, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Establish and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and promotions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Work Setting

This is a permanent, full-time position working 30 hours per week in a rural retail environment.

Language

English is the primary language of communication in this role.
