Operations Director

MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant and bar, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategies, and fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Operational Excellence: Establish and maintain high standards of quality, service, and efficiency in all aspects of restaurant and bar operations.
- Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement business strategies, goals, and objectives.
- Communication: Represent the company in negotiations, meetings, and other official functions, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, staff, and customers.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team management.
