Job Overview

This role is part of our Corporate Environmental Team and involves managing environmental risk, due diligence, and data collection for our global operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage due diligence activities for new properties, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and remediation projects.
  • Coordinate with departments and stakeholders to document findings, risks, and associated costs.
  • Develop policies, procedures, and tools to reduce environmental liabilities.
  • Support divisions in conducting investigations and construction activities with environmental implications.
  • Stay updated on environmental regulations and communicate with regulators and stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in environmental due diligence and remediation projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, geology, or environmental science.
  • Proficiency in conducting Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments.
  • Strong analytical and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
Preferred Qualifications

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Ability to review and interpret environmental laws and regulations.
  • Potential for overnight travel (15-20% of the time).
  • Additional language capabilities (Spanish, German, or Chinese).
