Key Responsibilities:- Lead by Example: Model and support the team through coaching of the corporate core values.
- Employee Development: Assist in coaching and follow-up on the development of team members' technical competencies.
- Service Level Management: Organize, distribute, and monitor workflow to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity, aligned with corporate policies and business plans.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to privacy policies, regulations, and cyber security measures.
- Health and Safety: Comply with all relevant policies and requirements.
- Diverse Teams: Build and lead teams that foster inclusivity and belonging.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in Compensation, Pension & Benefits in multiple jurisdictions.
- Post-secondary degree/certificate from an accredited institution in a related field.
- Certifications in business analysis, quality assurance analysis, process analysis, or organizational change management are considered assets.
- Proven leadership experience (teams or projects).
- Success in leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Customer relations experience.
- Proficient in MS-Office software, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP, PeopleSoft) is an asset.
Benefits: A comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on location and experience, plus additional benefits such as employee discounts, pension, health & dental benefits, tuition assistance, and continuous learning and development opportunities.
