Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our team at Paul Davis. As a key member of our disaster recovery operations, you will be responsible for leading our team of experts in providing top-notch mitigation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in tarping, board-up, water mitigation, mold remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services.
  • Work closely with Matterport, Encircle, and other imaging programs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  • Maintain a high level of inventory management, ensuring clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks and equipment.
  • Be accessible by phone and participate in the on-call schedule as needed.
Requirements
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Dedication to customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
  • Fluency in English and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
