Team Qualifications (Requirements):

  4. Fluent in English.
  5. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
  6. Ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed.
  7. Desire to continually learn new things.
Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):
  1. Ensuring the teams' performance of tarping, board up, water mitigation, mould remediation, environmental services, and carpet cleaning/re-installation services in accordance to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
  2. Work with Matterport, Encircle, and other imaging programs.
  3. Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
  4. Assist other team members when needed and foster a positive working relationship with other departments.
  5. Be a great representative of our brand
  6. Ensure your crews are ready at all times and every morning to handle the day through a team huddle.
  7. Meet clients and adjusters on site to assist in issue resolution and provide professional opinion.
  8. Re-inspect job sites for quality control.
  9. Issue resolution - be the point of contact for customers if they have any questions and/or concerns and resolve those in an effective and timely manner.
  10. Maintain inventory of clean, properly stocked, and organized trucks along with all company equipment.
  11. Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
