Business Change Integration Specialist

At Sun Life Financial, we are seeking a highly skilled Change Integration Specialist to join our team. As a Change Integration Specialist, you will play a critical role in integrating internal business partners into products and services offered by Canadian Shared Services (CSS).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the intake, prioritization, and triaging of change requests submitted by internal business partners.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships within business areas and ensure consistency and clear communications.
- Support the planning, scheduling, managing, and chairing of the Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Support the management of the Canadian Shared Services service catalogue.
- Gather, analyze, and present data consumable at all levels of the organization.
- Support the design and development of the CSS change intake tool.
- Integrate business partners into CSS services.
- Maintain Business Records (Databases & Documentation).
Requirements:
- Excellent analytical skills (planning, quantitative skills, attention to detail, and quality standards).
- Demonstrated creative problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to facilitate and collaborate to drive decision making to closure.
- Advance level skills with Microsoft tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, and OneNote.
- Six Sigma or Lean Management experience would be an asset.
- Previous ServiceNow experience would be an asset.
- Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for Quebec only as the position reports to a unilingual English-speaking manager outside Quebec.

Salary Range: $53,800 - $87,400
