About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and managing transportation logistics to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate, identify, and correct errors, omissions, and exceptions in Fuel Tax, Licensing, Permitting, Registration, Authorities, and Fuel Tax Refunds; promptly contact clients for additional information if needed.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of monthly, quarterly, or annual Fuel and Mileage Tax returns.
  • Perform data entry tasks, including keying Driver's Trip records, fuel receipts, fuel tax returns, and Manifests for tax filings.
  • Process applications and orders for Licenses, Permits, Registrations, and Authorities.
  • Support customer service efforts and assist with the processing and preparation of Fuel Tax Refunds, along with other Transportation Compliance duties as assigned.
What We Offer

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 3:00pm-11:00pm. The hourly salary is $17.20 + $1.00 afternoon premium, with future benefits including health and RRSPs.

Requirements
  • 2 years' experience in office experience
  • Grade 12 or equivalent and Intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Experience in the transportation industry (fuel tax, licensing, permitting and registrations, Manifests)
  • Reliable, dependable, and have attention to detail
