**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled Development Officer to join our team at the Atlantic International Film Festival. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising programs, supervising staff, and performing administrative tasks.

The Atlantic International Film Festival (AIFF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the art of filmmaking and celebrating the diversity of global cinema. We strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment for filmmakers, industry professionals, and audiences alike.

**Job Description:**

This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The salary range is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement fundraising programs to support AIFF's mission and goals
  • Supervise a small team of staff members to ensure successful program implementation
  • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing funding applications, planning development projects, and responding to enquiries from the business community

**Requirements:**

  • 5 years or more of experience in fundraising, corporate social responsibility, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing fundraising programs
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
