Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Director to join our team at the Elite Real Estate Club of Toronto. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Regional Coordination: Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Financial and Administrative Controls: Establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall human resources planning.
  • Organizational Objectives: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Staff Selection: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff; delegate the necessary authority to them and create optimum working conditions.
Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. The successful candidate will have a large workload and must be able to prioritize tasks effectively.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in a senior marketing role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal awareness, and the ability to work as part of a team.
