Estimating Coordinator, Pacesetter Homes Edmonton

Job Overview
As the Estimating Coordinator, you will provide administrative and clerical support to teams or individuals throughout the coordination of estimating projects at Qualico Canada.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and distributing reports, spreadsheets, and other documentation.
- Providing support to Estimators on receiving, filing, maintaining quotes, and cost reviews.
- Coordinating with estimating and production on project changes and updates, product library maintenance, change orders, and month-end reports.
Essential Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Office Administration or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role in the home construction industry.
- Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
- Comfortable using office equipment and Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and PowerPoint).
