About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate to join our Private Markets Fund Accounting and Administration team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting and day-to-day accounting and administrative support to our premier real estate fund clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the general ledger for various fund entities, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare supporting work papers for financial statements, portfolio schedules, and capital account allocations, demonstrating a high level of analytical skill and attention to detail.
  • Analytically review monthly/quarterly investment and fund performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Review and/or prepare capital calls, distributions, and bank reconciliations, ensuring compliance with legal documents and maintaining working relationships with client contacts, auditors, tax, lawyers, and banking personnel.
  • Prepare management, annual, and incentive fee calculations, as well as various client correspondences, showcasing excellent administrative and organizational skills.
  • Calculate waterfalls and capital account allocations, demonstrating a strong understanding of fund accounting principles.
  • Participate in special projects as requested, showcasing adaptability and a willingness to learn.
