The successful candidate will have a strong working knowledge of accounting and operations with respect to alternative funds, and will be able to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization. The role requires a strong analytical skillset, with the ability to identify risks and control gaps in processes and successfully delivering process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field, and two (2) years or more of experience in Fund Accounting. The successful candidate will be able to work under pressure, and will have a strong sense of organization and ability to prioritize.
