The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) role involves performing various medical procedures, including administering medications, drawing blood, and accurately documenting patient care. This project-based position offers competitive pay and opportunities for advancement.

Detailed Job Description:
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Lumby, BC. The successful candidate will possess current licensure, active BLS/CPR certification, and immunization records.
Responsibilities• Ensure adherence to nursing facility policies, procedures, and standards
• Maintain accurate and complete medical records in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations
• Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by complying with all local, state, and federal regulations
• Monitor and evaluate patient health status and progress
• Communicate effectively with physicians and staff members to plan patient care
• Provide information regarding patient status to physicians or other care providers
Qualifications• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse with current licensure
• Active BLS/CPR Certification required
• Immunization Record (MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, Two-Step TB) must be up-to-date
Work EnvironmentThis is a fixed-term contract with a duration of 30-36 months. The work location is in person in Lumby, BC, and requires relocation assistance. A BC LPN License is mandatory for this role.
