Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at 1749015 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our cleaning services.
Key Responsibilities- Hire and Train Cleaning Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties efficiently.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Assist Cleaners in Performing Duties: Provide guidance and support to cleaning staff as needed to ensure they are able to complete their tasks effectively.
- Monitor Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ensure that cleaning staff are working in a safe and healthy environment, and that they are able to perform their duties without putting themselves at risk.
- Develop and Implement Cleaning Procedures: Create and implement cleaning procedures to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to a high standard.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a cleaning or facilities management role
- Work Setting: Office building
- Physical Capabilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Personal Suitability: Dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, judgement, and reliability
