Cleaning Operations Manager

We are seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Manager to join our team at Suds Up Carwash on Waves. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Hiring and Training: You will be responsible for hiring and training a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Supervision: You will supervise and coordinate the activities of your team, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspections: You will conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Budgeting: You will prepare and manage budgets for cleaning supplies and services.
- Additional Services: You will recommend and arrange for additional services such as painting, repair work, and renovations as needed.
- Payment and Scheduling: You will receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and establish work schedules for your team.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
- Experience: You will receive training on the job.
- Security and Safety: You will undergo a criminal record check.
- Work Conditions: You will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, and will be required to bend, crouch, and kneel.
- Personal Suitability: You will possess efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a strong work ethic.
