We are seeking a skilled Cleaner Supervisor to join our team at Suds Up Carwash on Waves. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning and maintenance of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
  • Prepare Budgets and Estimates: Develop and manage budgets and cost estimates for cleaning and maintenance projects.
  • Coordinate Additional Services: Arrange for specialized cleaning services, such as painting and repair work, as needed.
  • Manage Work Schedules: Establish and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Combination of sitting, standing, walking, bending, crouching, and kneeling.
  • Security and Safety: Criminal record check required.
  • Personal Suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills and flexibility required.
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position with a 32-hour workweek. The language of work is English.
