Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Project Manager to join our team at BUILDACASTLE RENOVATORS INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the renovation of castles, ensuring timely completion, and managing budgets.

About the Role
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions.
  • Co-ordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments.
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning.
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs.
  • Represent the organization or delegate representatives in negotiations or official functions.
  • Hire and direct staff.
  • Supervise 5-10 people.
  • Require MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Outlook skills.
  • Pass a criminal record check.
  • Work under tight deadlines, with attention to detail, and handle a large workload.
  • Have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal awareness, and team player skills.
  • Require 5 years or more of experience.
  • Participate in a government or community program to support newcomers and refugees.
  • Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with indigenous communities and provide cultural competency training.
  • Apply hiring policies to discourage discrimination against visible minorities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-10 years of experience in construction or a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle a large workload.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
