BjornBar Bakery is seeking an experienced and skilled Pastry Chef to join our team as a Lead Pastry Development Specialist. This role will be responsible for leading the development of new pastry recipes, products, and menu items for our bakery.

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement new pastry recipes and products that meet our high standards of quality and taste.
- Lead a team of pastry chefs in the development and production of new menu items.
- Collaborate with our culinary team to create innovative and exciting pastry offerings.
- Conduct sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure consistency and quality.
- Train and mentor junior pastry chefs to improve their skills and knowledge.
- 5-10 years of experience as a pastry chef or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in pastry development and production.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Certification in food safety and handling.
- Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
