Lead Pastry Specialist

As a Lead Pastry Specialist at Tim Hortons, you will be responsible for overseeing the baking process and leading a team of pastry specialists to create high-quality baked goods. Responsibilities:

- Schedule Staff: Coordinate shifts to ensure adequate staffing levels during peak periods.
- Inspect Kitchen: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment by inspecting areas regularly and addressing any issues promptly.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience as a baker or pastry specialist.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to train and mentor staff members.
- Familiarity with bakery equipment and ingredients.
- Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
