Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Senior Pastry Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for completing daily prep items with high-quality fresh ingredients, creating and designing bread, cakes, and viennoise under the direction of the Pastry Chef, and working closely with teammates to support daily cleaning tasks.
You will maintain a high level of attention to detail regarding product presentation and design, ensure organized and clean prep/work areas, sample ingredients, mix, and finish products, and meet production schedules and timelines.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have completion of a designated culinary school, at least one year of baking/pastry work experience, ability to multi-task, and excellent English language communication skills.
