At Northern PWR, we are seeking a highly motivated and driven Renewable Energy Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating our growth in the Edmonton area.

As a Solar Sales Closer, your primary responsibility will be to educate customers about the benefits of renewable energy and detail their options for adopting solar power. We will provide comprehensive training and support to ensure your success in this role.

To qualify for this position, you must live in the Edmonton area, have reliable transportation for conducting in-home appointments with customers, and be comfortable using technology to show presentations to customers. Additionally, you should be able to close sales with homeowners who meet the necessary criteria, be at least 18 years old, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation Package

Our compensation package includes 100% commission-based earnings on uncapped income, complemented by generous bonuses. You can expect an estimated annual salary of $150,000, with top performers earning up to $200,000 or more.

Responsibilities
  • You will operate outside of an office environment but within your assigned sales area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service.
  • Attend regular sales training sessions.
  • Compete in office and company-wide competitions.
  • Travel to solar consultations, educate clients about renewable energy, and walk customers through the solar sales process.
  • Address customer questions and concerns.
  • Handle mature conversations with customers, vendors, and other employees in a respectful manner.
