About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Loblaw Companies Ltd - Head Office. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, leading a team of employees, and driving business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead by example and provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and employee development.

  • Recruit, train, and evaluate employees to ensure a high-performing team that meets business objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

  • Manage store inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise, to ensure optimal inventory levels and minimize waste.

  • Develop and implement safety and security protocols to ensure a safe and secure shopping environment for customers and employees.

  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
