Your Role as Sales Associate

Our Sales team spend their days building beautiful product displays and providing the best in-bakery experience to our customers. They feel great knowing that all left overs go to charities that support our community. Right now, we are looking for teammates to share our love of all things fresh and passion for a great workplace

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Work as part of a small team getting to know our regular, loyal customers and selling quality products you can feel great about
  • Work alongside your team to keep the bakery organized, clean, and contribute to a great customer experience
  • Learn about our products and sales and merchandising techniques
  • Learn about baking and join in preparing pastries, scones, pizzas and more

Requirements

  • Your commitment to providing great customer service and quality products
  • Your positive attitude, friendly demeanor and passion for learning
  • Your self-motivation, reliability and pride in a job well done
  • Your love of teamwork and creating a safe and productive workplace
  • Your commitment to your own development and that of your team
  • Relevant retail experience are desirable, but not a requirement. We provide training to anyone with a can-do can-learn attitude

Physical Requirements

  • Continuous standing/walking for all tasks
  • Constant use of both hands, with occasional forceful gripping
  • Frequent lifting and carrying of up to 10kg and occasionally lifting and carrying up to 22 kg
  • Frequent bending, turning and reaching above and/or below shoulder level
  • Occasional pushing, pulling and some forward bending
