About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Receivable and Credit Professional to join our team at Vaco. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing accounts receivable and credit functions, ensuring timely and accurate payment from customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage accounts receivable and credit functions
  • Review new customer accounts by performing credit checks and reviewing histories
  • Work with employees, sales representatives, and customers to collect all past due customer accounts
  • Maintain records of customer credit history
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable aging reports for management review
  • Manage cash application for month-end close

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • 5-7 years of AR management experience
  • Bilingual in English and French
  • SAP experience is a strong asset
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
