Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, assigning duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of the store. This is a permanent position with a 35-hour workweek.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and tasks.
  • Hire, train, and develop sales staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Authorize payments, order merchandise, and manage inventory.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure the store is staffed appropriately.
  • Sell merchandise and provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers, including 5-10 people.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 35 hours per week.
