Job Title: Local Manager

Frontier Communications is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local Manager to join our team. As a Local Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of field technicians and overseeing the installation and maintenance of our fiber-optic network.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of field technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation and maintenance of our fiber-optic network.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with regional staff to improve processes and respond to customer needs.
  • Monitor workload and schedule manpower and resources to meet customer demands and company objectives.
  • Provide leadership and supervision to staff, including coaching and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with Frontier's construction, service, quality, and safety standards.
Requirements:
  • Two to four years of prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and/or with deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering, plant service center, and outside plant functions.
  • Must possess basic PC skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Must demonstrate good oral and written communication skills.
What We Offer:
  • Salary Range: $84,000 to $135,000.
