Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local Manager to join our team at Frontier Communications. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our field technicians and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Proficiency: Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, provide coaching and development opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Community Relations: Represent the company in the community, build relationships with local stakeholders, and promote our products and services.
  • Customer Ownership: Ensure that customer needs are met, resolve issues promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business, management, or telecommunications preferred.
  • Experience: 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a telecommunications or related field; 5 years of experience in OSP and central office engineering and construction preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, ability to work well under pressure, and basic knowledge of engineering, plant service center, and outside plant functions.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary: $84,000 to $135,000 per year.
