Job Title: Local Manager

Frontier Communications is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Local Manager to join our team. As a Local Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of field technicians and overseeing the installation and maintenance of our telecommunications infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of field technicians to ensure timely and efficient installation and maintenance of our telecommunications infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and reduce service disruptions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient use of company assets.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a telecommunications or related field.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and with deadlines.
  • Basic knowledge of engineering, plant service center, and outside plant functions.
  • Ability to interact with internal and external customers, as well as community leaders, to establish relationships and resolve issues.
  • Valid state driver's license and high school diploma or equivalent.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive salary range: $84,000 to $135,000.
