As a Rehabilitation Service Specialist (RSS) at pt Health, you will be instrumental in providing essential rehabilitation services to veterans and their families. Collaborating closely with Veterans Affairs Canada, you will serve as the main liaison for participants enrolled in the Rehabilitation Services and Vocational Assistance Program (RSVP).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough rehabilitation evaluations and create detailed service plans
  • Work alongside a diverse team to deliver tailored support services
  • Assist participants in navigating community resources to reach their wellness objectives
  • Recognize and mitigate obstacles to successful rehabilitation outcomes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Rehabilitation, Social Sciences, or a related discipline
  • At least 1 year of experience in delivering rehabilitation services
  • Experience in supporting individuals with mental or physical health challenges
  • Capability to secure federal security clearance
  • Preferred: Bilingual (French/English) and experience in vocational rehabilitation
