At Allied Tooling Technologies Inc., we are seeking an experienced CNC machinist to join our team. As a precision machinist, you will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machines to fabricate and assemble parts according to specifications.

About the Role

  • This is a full-time position with 30 hours of work per week.
  • The salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using advanced mathematical calculations.
  • Measure and lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly, ensuring precise accuracy.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
  • Repair machine tools and parts to maintain optimal performance.
  • Fitting and assembling components and machine parts to close tolerance requires attention to detail and technical expertise.
  • Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate measurements.
  • Document and report deviations from specifications and tolerances to identify areas for improvement.
  • Verify dimensions of parts machined using precise measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to CNC machines and precision measuring instruments is essential.
