Job Title: Precision Machinist with Engineering Expertise
At Allied Tooling Technologies Inc., we are seeking a skilled CNC (computer numerical control) machinist to join our team. This is an on-site position that requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compute dimensions and tolerances of machine parts using advanced mathematical skills and precision measuring instruments.
- Lay out work pieces in preparation for assembly, ensuring accurate alignment and placement.
- Read and interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, charts, and tables to understand production requirements.
- Maintain, repair, and calibrate precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Fabricate and assemble components and machine parts to close tolerance, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Document and report any deviations from specifications and tolerances, providing detailed records for inspection and review.
Required Qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate with a strong focus on mathematics and science.
- 2 years of experience in CNC machining, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.
Work Environment:
- This is an on-site position that requires working at the physical location, with no option for remote work.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
