The Job

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Field Service Technician.

You will be responsible for on-site responsibilities and support for our membrane-based water and wastewater treatment systems and equipment.

You will work closely with our project management team to ensure all project-related documentation is completed to facilitate project closure.


Your Responsibilities

  • System and equipment commissioning and startup, servicing, and Factory Acceptance Testing
  • Performing installation and maintenance activities on membrane system-related equipment
  • Maintenance, modification, and calibration as required
  • Troubleshooting and resolving equipment issues
  • Providing training to operations staff and facilitating smooth system turnover to end-users
  • Interpreting operational data and providing guidance and direction in the operation and troubleshooting of water systems
  • Performing basic electrical and programming tasks
  • Acting as single point of contact for clients, contractors, and Project Management while on site
  • Managing site deficiency list and coordinating with project team
