About Clearpath Robotics

We are seeking a highly skilled Delivery and Innovation Manager to join our team. With a strong background in project management, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. If you have experience in managing engineering-related projects and possess a strong work ethic, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and create and manage project timelines/schedules while controlling costs.
  • Project Reporting: Provide regular updates, including project status reports, financial reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage project budgets, allocate and optimize resources, and control project expenditures.
  • Communication: Conduct project meetings, take responsibility for project tracking and analysis, and communicate vital information to the project team and broader product teams.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, manage customer relationships, and exceed customer expectations.
  • Risk and Opportunity Management: Identify and assess risks and opportunities, develop risk and capture plans, and implement best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline or related field. Additional education in business administration, operations, or project management is an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
  • 7+ years of project management experience in a dynamic environment with multi-disciplined technical team members.
  • Experience working within the automotive industry is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
