Job Title: Reach & Order Picker Operator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Reach & Order Picker Operator to join our dynamic team at Equation Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks and order pickers to ensure efficient and accurate inventory management.

Responsibilities:
  • Operate reach trucks and order pickers to pick and pack orders
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory using an RF scanner
  • Perform general warehouse activities, including packing, wrapping, and shipping of products
  • Collaborate with the warehouse management team to maximize quality and production efficiencies
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience with reach truck and order picker operation
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and able to be on your feet for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and a can-do approach
  • Team-oriented with a keen ability to learn new skills and take direction from experienced team leads
  • Target-driven and self-motivated, with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
