Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance to join our team at Centurion Asset Management Inc. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing all finance and accounting related duties, including financial reporting, process re-engineering, team resource management, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Executive Vice President of Residential Operations and the Director of Asset Management to ensure financial information is provided on a timely and accurate basis.
  • Maintain relationships with Auditors and act as the main point contact for any audits of Centurion related vehicles and other accounting related matters.
  • Prepare audit working papers and schedules accurately and resolve any audit issues efficiently to ensure minimized audit costs.
  • Completion of a bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Finance and/or Accounting and 5 years of external reporting and corporate finance experience.
  • Extensive knowledge of IFRS, tax laws and regulations and excellent command of Excel with strong verbal, analytical, organizational and written skills.
