Security Supervisor

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our security portfolio, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of security officers to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure security operations are running smoothly and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure security needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Monitor and report on security incidents and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a security management role.
- Proven track record of managing a team and developing security policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
