Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at National Port Security Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our employees, visitors, and assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
