Interim Security Supervisor

Paladin Security is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Interim Security Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Waterford Hospital site.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor security-related duties for the site
- Ensure adherence to security operations, policies, and procedures
- Manage the 24-hour operations at the Waterford Hospital site
- Develop and implement emergency management policies in conjunction with the NLHS Emergency Management team
- Investigate issues and complaints, and provide reports to senior management
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar vertical
- Experience in healthcare security is an asset
- Working knowledge and certification in ICS 100, ICS 200, and/or other recognized Emergency Management
- Strong customer service skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
- Competitive hourly rate
