As a Floor Supervisor at Urban Barn, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps people create homes they love. Our stores are open 7 days a week, and we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide customers in their decor choices and provide expert advice on interior design
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising, maintaining the visual standards and cleanliness of the store
  • Ensure the performance of the store, driving sales and customer satisfaction
