About the Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a positive and engaging shopping experience for our customers. You will work closely with our Manager and Assistant Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive sales growth, and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide customers in their décor choices and provide expert advice on interior design trends
  • Open, prepare, and close the store, ensuring a seamless customer experience
  • Train and coach team members to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Support operational tasks, including stock management and merchandising
  • Monitor store performance and maintain visual standards and cleanliness

We're seeking a motivated and experienced retail professional with a passion for interior décor and customer service. You will have a proven track record of leadership and sales success, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
