Are you passionate about helping people create homes they love? Do you have a keen eye for interior décor and merchandising? We're seeking a talented Floor Supervisor to join our team at Urban Barn, a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor.

About the Role

As a Floor Supervisor, you will play a key role in creating a positive working environment for our team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers in their decor choices, opening, preparing, and closing the store, training and coaching team members, and supporting operational tasks for stock and merchandising.

What We're Looking For
  • At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
  • Experience in Customer Service Leadership
  • A passion for interior décor and merchandising
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
